I need to contact ebay by phone about their very narrow and limited buyer help options on help page.

I sent a request to ebay under the help option of not having received my item, because it was the closest buyer help option regarding my issue. I did receive my item, but I have other issues around this. It is so frustrating and time-consuming, to say the least. Anyway, so. I outlined and left my question in that category. My issue involved giving more information to seller than usual and whether or not it is safe or ethical.

@jorgel_74 . What type of information did the seller ask for? There's really no need for additional information. eBay does provide the seller with your phone number and the address you provide at checkout. The phone number is rarely used and is provided to help facilitate the transaction if needed.
