I need to change my user name and the app won't let me do it.

Question

I try to get ahold of Ebay so that maybe they can walk me through it or atleast give me detailed directions on how to do so but of course there's the run around on trying to get in contact with an agent! I don't even know if I'm inquiring in the right area about this but I just need to change my user name!

Why does Ebay make something so complicated out of something that should be so simple to do? 🤨

Make sure the username you want is still available (not being used by someone else) and then try changing your username with a browser instead of the app:
