Here's how to change bank accounts and if you have any problems you can contact eBay customer service for help from #3

#1 First make sure your name and address on your eBay account match your new bank account exactly:

#2 Next try this: Go to your payments page and select Add Payment option.

https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Then select add bank account and add the new account.

Then if the old account is not automatically deleted you will need to delete it.

On a computer go to your Seller Hub Overview page and click on SUMMARY

Next scroll ALL the way down to the lower right corner and click on the ? mark. Then you will see a pop up and a button that says " Have us call you"
