I need to cancel and refund an order but ebay tells me they cannot because label was printed so they

assume it was mailed. It has not been mailed and I need to cancel it for my fair buyer and refund her money.

Please help

Void the label first. That should set it back to waiting for shipment.

Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void.
Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
Select Void shipping label.
