I need to cancel an order that a buyer did not pay for, but this was more than 90 days ago
The system will not let me cancel an order that a buyer purchased more than 90 days ago but never paid for. I need to relist this item

It's too late to cancel the order - that should have been done long ago (you can cancel as soon as day 5 after the sale).
If you can still get to the old listing, you can use the relist option on the listing or in the dropdown next to the item if you are looking at it a list.
