I need to cancel an order because she can’t ship it until the 10th
Placed an order today and within an hour I wanted to cancel it because she said she can’t ship it until the 10th that’s too long I needed ASAP so I found one that can ship tomorrow and I can get it when I need it. She still neglecting to refund for the item that I purchased from her and she’s going around and around about all I can ship it on the 10th and I said that’s not OK

Mentor2 years agoBuyers can only REQUEST to cancel a transaction. It is up to the seller to file the cancellation using the reason Buyer requested. If the seller does not cancel and ships anyway, once you receive the item, you can file a Returns Request because you asked for a cancellation because the item would arrive too late, in order to get your money back. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for the item's return. If the seller does not, on the fourth day, you can go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to help you, get the refund.
