I need to ask eBay to step in but can’t!
So I ordered a book but changed my mind and decided to return it. This particular seller offers free returns. I got a message saying that the seller sent me a return label. I never got it.
I’ve messaged them several times asking them to send it but they have not responded. I’ve gone to the eBay help page and assistant chat many times. It’s been 3 business days since requesting my return and I have not received my return label from the seller and eBay has not been helpful in the slightest! I just want them to step in but I can’t email them because they don’t offer that option anymore and their crappy AI customer service chat is a merry go round of useless answers. It keeps telling that I have to take action on that particular return, but I can’t because I never received the return label!
The only other option I see is to pay for shipping myself as I do have the return address of the seller, which is NOT the same as the paid return label I was promised.
