It’s a man’s size 38 that I got in the mail . This will not fit my 5 year old grandson . I wrote to the seller asking to be sure if it would fit a child that was 5 years old and they said yes . I need to speak to a customer service rep. Does anyone have a phone number ?

You do not need to talk to eBay at this point. They will only tell you the following:

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
