I purchase an item off eBay that is not as the description describes it can you please tell me the address where to return this item

-First, this is not eBay, we are volunteer Buyers and Sellers helping others use the eBay venue

-Go to your Purchase history and file the Item not as described Return and eBay will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. ALWAYS use an official return claim, NEVER just ship something back to a Seller to the return address on the shipping label, they will have no obligation to refund you.

The return claim will give you instructions on what to do when the Seller gets the item back.

You need to go through the Ebay Return Request process:

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return.
The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
