No one here can call you. We are Ebay users that volunteer their time to help other Ebay members.
The Ebay Mentors here are willing to advise you if you could please share some details regarding HOW the seller is committing fraud.

OP3 years agoI sent the seller two messages about my purchase and I got the same answer both times and and it is being shipped from a different city than what’s on the post and a shipping label has been created but usps does not have it yet

That does not sound like fraud.
What is the reason for sending the seller two messages about your purchase? Was there something you needed to know about the item?
What is the estimated date of delivery, according to the Order Details in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?
When the estimated date of delivery has passed by at least 24 hours you can file the Refund Request due to item not received.
