Mentor3 years agoIf you are getting a message that eBay tried to call but no call went through, this can be the result of using certain VOIP phone providers, or a phone provider that is blocking eBay's calls as spam. If you have a spam blocker on your phone, try disabling it. Or try using a different phone number to receive eBay's call.
Otherwise, try using some other options to contact eBay: chat with an agent, or contact eBay via social media:
