I need some serious help as I'm not getting any from eBay nor the seller...Please help me?!?!?!
I've been dealing with this one seller now for 50 days. I sent an offer on accident as I got two different fishing lure collections mixed up. I asked for an immediate cancellation which was denied 15 hours later. The fishing box was never shipped out to me. I opened up a case for not receiving items and the buyer shipped out 2 days after my case was opened. Before the buyer sent the box out they accused me of stealing their lures. They accused me of stealing half of their lures and calling me a thief and scammer. I then received the box which had about half the lures in it as was in the sellers pictures. I opened up another case for a full refund and return due to not receiving what was in pictures. Another case was opened up by eBay which allowed me to send the box back exactly how I received it. Nothing was touched or taken as it was never mine to take in the first place. This was a $638 purchase we're talking about here. The seller received the box and accused me of theft, scamming, fraud, and they were going to do everything in their power to shut my account down. Then 2 days later after seller received the box of lures, they sent me another message apologizing for all the accusations. They told me they found all the missing lures I was accused of stealing because they never put them in the box. They held them out on purpose and then accused the buyer which is myself as the thief. How in the world in this acceptable behavior? Let me remind you, I'm a 77 year old grandma who doesn't lie, steal, or does any shady business. I actually teach my grandkids and kids to not have this type of behavior. However, here I am being accused of every nasty name and accusations as can be said. It's disgusting and worst experience I've ever had on eBay! Ive been a power seller with 99.5% rating for over 10 years and being treated as in this nasty way. The seller never sent me a refund and eBay said they would respond to this issue within 48 hours. Ive sent numerous messages to seller and never hear back from them. eBay hasn't responded back to me for over 6 days now. Seems to be little more than the 48 hours? Has anyone ever experienced this before and what did you do to get your money back? How as a buyer can I protect myself from such hatred and selling tactics that should NEVER BE ALLOWED on any platform! Please help me. Ive been dealing with this for 50 days now with still no answers in sight. This seller now how all their lures and all of my money. How is this ok? So the buyer has sent me messages apologizing for calling me these nasty accusations over the last 50 days but pretty much said they going to keep all the money and all the lures. It looks like eBay is going to allow the seller to do just that? Allowing the seller to keep my $638 and leave me the respected buyer at the massive loss???????????
