I NEED SOME ADVICE HELP !!

Hello , good day everyone . Now i dont normally do this but i honestly need some help , advice or watever it takes to manage this situation.
So last Monday i oredered an Samsung S25 Ultra unlock new in box everything look perfect from the photos . It was shipped same day and got delivered the next day by afternoon , it was signed amd collected by my dad since i wasnt there . so today i. finally got to openng my package and to my great suprise i didnt received an samsung s25 ultra that was in the listing on ebay , after doing checks with the model number it turned out to be a samsung A56 5G which was very surprising and shocking to me after paying almost $900 to received this .
Now i tried reaching out to the seller imediately this afternoon and the seller informing him of what happen and what i recieved and even took pictures in detail for him to see all for the seller to replied with was ''Hi there, thanks for reaching out, the phone we sent you has an imei of ********** which is a Samsung S25 Ultra, the phone you have in the photo has an imei ending in 57672, we searched our database, we never had this phone in our inventory, which means we could not send that phone to you since it never existed in our inventory. Could you please double check to see if you purchase another phone from other seller that may have sent you that device?''
I honestly dont know what to do , cause i tried reaching out after and no replied , what should do next ? should i ask ebay to step in ? cause i have never experice this in all my years shopping on ebay , any advice or help would be greatly appreciated , thank you.

Go to My ebay > Purchase History
Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
