I need some advice and help

I have 2 problems I hope someone can help me with.
1. I ended 50 items last night and they all appeared on the inactive page. But when I went to sell similar, the message was that they were all a duplicate. I checked and yes, each one was still active. How can that be when they are on the inactive page too?
2. Two of my items were taken down and I'm fine with that and ending them. But when I go to resolve the issue and hit the end them now button, all I see is that the end listing failed and I should try again. I tried last night and several times today. Is there something I can do besides not list the items and continue to try to access the page?

1. Can you provide the eBay Item number for one of the listings that remains on the Active list?
Do you use the Out of Stock feature which is turned ON or OFF on this page? Selling preferences
The setting is the first one listed in the Multi-quantity listings section.
When that setting is ON listings remain on your Active list after they have sold and the Quantity value is zero. You can see them but they are NOT visible to the public, eBay is waiting for you to replenish the quantity with a value above zero.
2. Listings removed by eBay land in the Inactive file where they remain for 90 days and then eBay drops them. As you learned the "Resolve ..." function does not work nor does deleting them work. I brought this to eBay's attention last year but they never resolved the issue.
