I need serious help. My main account is perm suspended and i have a buyer requesting a order cancel
My buyer bought yesterday and im perm suspended due to NOT KNOWING my item was counterfeit. I now can't text my buyer and tell him. I also can't pay the funds I used with funds for the label because I need to sign in and it says user is suspended. Please help. By the way, it is on my main account which is theworthyshop.

Mentor1 year agoThis is why eBay holds the funds for new sellers. They will take care of the buyer.

·1 year agoThat account is completely removed by eBay, and this one is likely to be permanently suspended soon as well (since you cannot create new accounts to get around a suspension). There is nothing you can do, and your buyer will likely be refunded by eBay from your pending funds.
