I need return label
I have a problem I bought an item by mistake and the seller doesn't want to provide the return label can you help me or who can I talk to customer service

·3 years agoThe item does have a 30 day return policy, but you have to pay return shipping.

If they have No Returns, they don't have to accept a remorse return.

Mentor3 years agoWhat is the seller's return policy? Check the item listing's Shipping, returns & payment tab. If your seller does not take remorse returns, eBay cannot help you. You agreed to the seller's return policy when you made the purchase.
If the seller's policy DOES allow returns, use the option in the dropdown next to the transaction in your Purchase History to open a return. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
