I need my refund. I ordered my item and it doesn't work. I can't return it because I'm working. Why are they selling things that don't work?

You will need to return the item for a refund. To accommodate your work schedule, you can prepare the package for mailing and have someone ship it for you or you can have the package picked up. Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œdefectiveâ€œ. Attach a photo. IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item. If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.

You have to return the item in order to get a refund.

I know it is hard, but you have to make some sort of arrangements to ship the item back if you want a refund.

Did you get a label from the seller? Have you processed the return request?
