Sorry, but you are responsible for all activity on your account. Don't give your 2 year old your eBay password and this won't happen again.
Cancellations cost sellers time and money they can't recoup, and they are under no obligation to accept the request. You need to pay for the item to avoid an unpaid item strike on your account.
