I need my money back Ebay
I bought a set of living room chairs, but the seller can't send it to me, and the seller is trying to send my money back, the seller told me I'm the one to cancel the order but when I try to cancel the order, eBay is telling me that is too late. Please I just want my money back. It's difficult to connect with eBay customer service to talk or report issues and nobody to talk to.

·2 years agoA day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

Mentor2 years agoIf the seller does not file a cancellation, you can do the following:
Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.

Mentor2 years agoOnly the seller can cancel and/or refund, but don't let them string you along, go file for a refund with the payment processor now.
