I need my money and my account is restricted
My account was restricted for the last two months because of late delivery and my payouts were held by eBay. Now that all my sold transactions were processed by either receiving positive feedback or making refund to the buyer, I have no pending transactions to process. How do I get my money from ebay and how can I get my account reinstated. Niether the automatic response agents nor the "Real agents" are helpful and their responses are vague and no actions can be taken by them. They ask me to refer to the email that ebay sent me which does not specify the period of restriction nor how to clearly resolve it. I am extremely frustrated as there a big amount of money held at ebay that I need to use for my medical bills.. Any one can help here ???
