Hello, I need help with an item that wasn't shipped. I made the purchase for October of last year. Since I had bought several items, I didn't think much of it because I assumed it had been shipped.
I'm new to buying on eBay and have no experience. I filed a claim because my order hadn't arrived, and they opened a claim case. After more than 20 days, it was automatically closed. I've tried contacting the seller, but they haven't resolved anything. I would really appreciate your help.

Once you open a case for an item not as described, you should go back to the case after 3 business days have passed and ask eBay to step in if the seller has not refunded. Otherwise, the case will time out and close.

You're way too late to get help from eBay on this, but you can contact your credit card company to ask about a chargeback.
