    I need help with filing a claim for an item that was damaged in shipping. Who do I contact?
                     

    A customer purchase and paid for an item. She is happy with it but it was damaged during shipping. Who do I contact about filing a claim?? She prefers not to return it. Do I just offer her a partial refund?

    You can file with the carrier, but they may pick up and keep the item if they pay the claim.  Might be easier for all to just offer a small partial refund.
