I need help with filing a claim for an item that was damaged in shipping. Who do I contact?
A customer purchase and paid for an item. She is happy with it but it was damaged during shipping. Who do I contact about filing a claim?? She prefers not to return it. Do I just offer her a partial refund?

Mentor2 years agoYou can file with the carrier, but they may pick up and keep the item if they pay the claim. Might be easier for all to just offer a small partial refund.
