I Need help with a return? is there a number to call for customer service?
On Jan14 I saw a add on Ebay for a 2008 VW Eos.I reached out to The Seller(SellYourAutoFast) to see if it was avaliable .The salesman (ALI) called me back later that evening and we began to chat about the car.We continued to text and began the process of the sale so there was no order on EBay. The transaction was primarily done on my phone which is why its not in my purchase history .I was under the impression that I was making a Secure Purchase thru the "Click to Curb" process. unfortunately The car didnt arrive 3-5 days later as advertised. The car finally arrived yesterday 01-26 .The Local shipping driver backed it off the truck. I got behind the wheel and put it in drive and the car backfired and immediately lost power, The engine light came on and I had to get help to push it off the road to a safe spot and then had to have it towed to my house. My Husband put it on the Diagnostic machine and 4 codes (All Transmission)came up.The Transmission is No good! Ive contacted the seller for 2days now I feel like I got Taken and Scammed by EBay-Sell Your Auto Fast-and Frontline Transport Inc.What can I do?
