I need help with a issue. I rec'd a item that is the wrong item listed for purchase.

Question

I have been trying to get customer service help for over 30 minutes. I tried contacting the seller. I tried contacting Ebay, even through the web site offered. I would like to speak to a agent.

If you receive something, but it is not the item listed, you need to open a not as described return to get your money back. You have 30 days from the delivery date to open the return.

Go to your purchase history and in the drop down menu for the item select "return this item, Select "Received wrong item" or "Doesn't match description or photos" for the return reason.

The seller will need to provide a return shipping label if they want the item back. Do not close the return, no matter what the seller tells you, until you are satisfied. The seller does not need you to close it to send a replacement or do a refund. If you close it you will not be able to reopen it. Make sure to monitor any deadlines so you don't miss them.
