i need help to help my buyer find a way to cancel their refund request
We communicated and the issue was that usps was saying it would take up to 2 weeks for delivery but the customers package actually arrived in 3 days(today) and we had already started the refund process before checking the delivery status. So now the customer wants to cancel the refund request but they can and the Ebay customer service line isnt working. I need help from anyone please

Mentor2 weeks agoThe buyer just needs to go back to the case filed, and click to Close/cancel the case.
