I need help so I can file an appeal
I returned an item and followed the correct instructions to insure I get my refund. But instead all I got was a closed case. I tried to file an appeal but only got a blank screen
And no other kind of help. I have the tracking number and what day the usps delivered the item to there were house. I need help filling an appeal. So eBay can reopen my case and refund my money.

·2 years agoTry contacting eBay about your problem. To speak to someone at eBay, you need to have eBay call you. On the link below, click on "Have Us Call You" between the time listed below the link. A representative will call back and you can talk to them about your problem. Usually doesn't take too long to get a call back. Since Covid, eBay reps have been working from home. You can't call them, but they will call you. Good luck, hope you can resolve this.
