I need help in sending pictures to a seller thru Ebay for a refund.
As I stated above, I need to know how to send pictures through Ebay. I know how to do this by email, but he refuses to give me his address. He says I can do this thru Ebay. Can somebody please tell me how to do this. Thanks. James

You can attach photos to every message you send on eBay.
Use any ‘Contact seller’ link … and then check for a link near the message box to attach files/photos.
