I NEED HELP GIVING BUYER A LABEL TO RETURN MY ITEM
BUYER PURCHASED SOMETHNG AND I ACCIDENTALLY PUT A DIFFERENT ITEM IN THE PACKAGE AND SENT AND MENTINED THAT I MADE A MISTAKE SO WE CANCELLED IS ORDER GOT HIM REFUNDED BUT HE STILL RECEIVED ITEM THAT IS NOT WHAT HE ORDERED. IORDERED ANOTHER LABEL ELSEWHERR AND IM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET HIM THE LABEL HELPPPP

Mentor1 month agoKeep in mind that the buyer is not required to return the item they received in error after they have been refunded.

Mentor1 month ago@goti_31 Save the label that you bought elsewhere as a JPG image and then send it in eBay messages. You can't send PDF's in eBay messages.
