I need help from the community as it is practically impossible to get past AI
I am a seller. I printed out a label on the item that has been sold and shipped over a week ago, by mistake. For some reason, it was still available for purchase, and I, by accident, purchased it instead of the right label. Does anybody know how to make sure I don't get charged for it?
This AI is beyond ridiculous, and there is absolutely no information about this kind of scenario on EBay.

Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
