I need help editing packing slip
I know this isn't a big deal but it is a pain to me. We sell on ebay as part of our business.
When we print out the packing slip there is a way to customize the thank you note on it. It defaults to Thanks for your purchase I hope you love it! That is not professional for our type of sales. I can't figure out a way to make it stay on the one I want it to be. Every time I change it, it changes right back.
Can anyone help me with this please!

Mentor11 months agoWhen you go to print the packing slip, there is a CUSTOMIZE link that you can select to change the message to the buyer.

OP11 months agoyes I know that. I should have been more clear, I ship a lot and I don't want to have to go change it every time. Is there a way to make the one I want stick.
