I need help contacting eBay immediately because seller don’t want to refund the total amount
I had to cancel my payment option with eBay because every time I contact à seller regarding an offer eBay assume that I want to buy that item and charged me for the item. I talked to my lawyer and he said that this is ilegal! So no I canceled an item that eBay charged me for it and either one eBay or the seller wants to keep $2.40 of my total price. This is one more platform to get ride of it.

Mentor5 months ago@markmen.3y70azjav Many sellers do have automatic payment turned on. If you see a pop up that requires you to enter your payment method before making a bid or offer then you know that you will be charged if the seller accepts your offer or if you win the auction.
As for the $2.40 I am not sure why that was not refunded.
