I need help changing my payment account.
Hello, a few days ago I put my bank account on eBay to be able to receive the money from my sales, but I put an account to which I no longer have access, and now at the time of wanting to change/delete my old payment account I get an error, it does not let me change it in any way, and at the time of wanting to verify it does not let me either since my current account ends in 598 and the previous one in 398, I need help to change my account as quickly as possible, since I have a payment withheld and I will not get it until I can change my account
Hola , hace unos dÃas puse mi cuenta de banco en eBay para poder recibir el dinero de mis ventas , pero puse una cuenta a la cual ya no tengo acceso , y ahora al momento de querer cambiar/eliminar mi antigua cuenta de pago me sale error , no me deja cambiarla de ninguna manera , y al momento de querer verificarla tampoco me deja ya que mi cuenta actual termina en 598 y la anterior en 398 , necesito ayuda para cambiar mi cuenta lo más rápido posible , ya que tengo un pago retenido y no lo obtendrá hasta poder cambiar mi cuenta

OP2 years agoHello, thank you for your help, but I've already tried it, and I get that I need to verify my account to which I no longer have access, so I don't know how to do it anymore 😢
