You do not have any items for sale on Ebay, so nothing to cancel.
If you purchased/ordered an item, you cannot cancel it.

To cancel an offer on eBay, a buyer can retract it through the "Bids/Offers" section in "My eBay" or by going to the item page and finding the "Review offer" option
If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, you can submit a request to cancel the order. The seller can either accept or decline your cancellation request.
