I need help asap with shipping

Hi guys. I just sold my first. Item today and it won't let me print a label. I press the button, and it brings me to this page where it asks for the hazardous materials question. And all that stuff end at the bottom is the button to print the label, but I can't press it, nothing happens. I've updated my account. I've followed everything. This makes no sense. Why would they even let me sell an item? But not let me print the label to frickin'. Sell the item i'm so beyond. Irritated, and now i'm trying to ask for help, and that's not even possible. I hate technology so much. Can somebody please help me a human? Please

Do you get to where it asks for weight and dimensions?
Do you have a payment method selected for postage payment at the very bottom of the create label page?
