I need help as eBay is thinking, something I want to list is not real
I have a legitimate, genuine Pandora bracelet Rosegold with Pandora charms. I have all the photographs showing the Pandora logos and I have now been told by the eBay people that they cannot log it on my site is selling because it is not legitimately Pandora I’ve tried to find out why they think that but the bot doesn’t have any idea and I can’t seem to raise a person with an eBay I need help please if you’ve got any ideas I don’t know why they be thinking this. I did not have a receipt because it was bought and sat in the box for the last year. Also never used or worn but this is a silly situation to be in when everything is branded legitimately Pandora help required. Thank you
