I need help as a buyer.
HI need help. I purchased and item as a guest and was charged in full for the item on Sept 28th. Now, I have an account and can see past item but not this one. I have not received any notification of shipping details. What should I do?

Mentor1 week agoYou cannot use your Ebay account to deal with purchases made as a guest.
Find the order confirmation email from Ebay. Open it and click on "Order Details".

For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay, or else right click on the link and choose to open the link in a private or incognito browser window.
