I need help appealing unpaid bid cancellations block on buying from certain sellers

I have called three times to the agents and each time they said they would take care of my appeal and I would be able to purchase from everyone again. Nothing has changed because I am still blocked from buying from certain buyers. I've spent over an hour on the phone with agents trying to get this problem solved and nothing ever gets done. Does anybody have any suggestions besides calling the customer service agents? I have given up on getting any help from customer service agents.

There is no way to directly call ebay's customer service. Any number you looked up online was probably operated by people trying to steal your information. You can use the contact us button at the bottom right of this page to get a call back, but no ebay rep can help you with this issue.

Any ebay seller can block any buyer from buying from them, for any reason, and ebay cannot unblock you. The usual reasons why a seller would block a buyer are, they have unpaid item strikes or bid cancellations, they ask too many questions, or their questions hint that the seller or an item has a problem.
