When I want to bid on ebay there is an error that is popping up on my account that i have the unpaid item for the last six months I want this issue to be resolved I have been paying for all of my items

·3 years agoApparently not all of them. It takes at least 2 unpaid item cancellations in the preceding 12 months (this seller has it set for 6 months instead, possible s/he set it years ago when 6 months was as far back as a seller could set it to go and hasn't updated since then) to trigger that block.
Go check the various sections in your Purchase History (when eBay got rid of the "Resolution Center" where you could search cases up to 18 months back they said that the information would still be accessible in Purchase History though I'm skeptical about that, but didn't say what section--might be unpaid items, might be cancellations--or how long that information would remain available in whatever section).
