I need Help

Question

My sellers have been deregistered by Ebay and I bought an Items that have not arrived . The items do not appear in my purchase history as well. There is a chat history following up on the items , but no response. Only recent I sent a followup chat and the response was the account has been suspended.

This user cannot receive messages because their account has been suspended or terminated. Please use caution before taking further action.

I cannot seem to find how to speak to Ebay support and the bot says my order is past 90 days.
