I need help
Hello eBay community,
I purchased a PSA 10 pretend Magikarp Pikachu from a seller who had 10 of them available for about $100 each. As you know, the market price for these items is $5,000 or higher, so I couldn’t resist and bought them all.
However, to my dismay, it turned out to be a scam. The seller had a new, fresh eBay account with no sales or reviews. I requested a cancellation, but the seller denied it. I spoke to the customer service (CS) on the phone and was told to wait for the package to arrive and call them again. I waited for about 3/4 of a day, but I never received anything.
Later, I checked my purchase history and found that the package was delivered the day after I placed the order. I still haven’t received anything, so I call CS again. This time, they told me to wait for 3 more days. I’m not sure what to do now. I can’t get a refund because there’s a tracking number, but I’m still not getting my package. I message seller but no reply and trying to make a FedEx claim but I need sellers information….. Help 😞
