I need help
I paid for something in December and it says I won’t receive it till January 20-30 there’s no tracking it’s not moved. I’ve messaged the seller 3 times this month alone n they won’t reply. I tried to cancel the item and it was denied. I don’t know what to do can someone please help me?

Mentor8 months agoThe estimated date of delivery was shown when you purchased the item. You will need to wait for your item to arrive since those dates have not passed yet.
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
