What is the reason for wanting a refund?
If you have not received an item that you purchased, and the estimated date of delivery has passed,
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 business days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
After you have resolution from the refund request, you can apply to close your Ebay account.
