Mentor2 weeks agoeBay has not had direct numbers to customer service for several years. Not all questions need customer service help so if you ask your question here we can let you know if you really need to contact customer service.
If you really want to contact customer service you can contact customer service using this link and ask for a call back: eBay Customer Service Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time. Unfortunately you will still need to answer the AI bot questions in order to get help. eBay removed our way to get around the questions so you may need to ask for “Agent” several times before the system gets the message and lets you ask for the call back. Please be aware that there are several things that can prevent you from receiving the return call. Some phone service providers have spam filters that will block eBay calls. Also, this can happen if you are using a VOIP phone number from your Internet provider.

OP2 weeks agoHi, I finally found a phone number and got through to ebay. Apparently I was a few transaction short of the amount they demand to be sold in a rolling 12 month period. Once, again thank you for the advice and feedback.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou will need to contact customer service for assistance. However, performance reviews are based on your seller statistics and not on any whim of eBay. It would be hard to prove your statistics are wrong.

OP2 weeks agoThank you for the follow up. The issue is my performance stats all show 100% and no issues. But, they seem to have some very old references to errors on their part, that they're including. I thought I got these removed a few years ago...at least that's what ebay told me. Apparently, not.
It's extremely concerning that ebay is blocking all direct contact and using their sub-par AI to replace actual human beings. This is extremely unprofessional on their part. And, their coding is pretty horrendous.
I was able to call ebay a couple of months ago about an errant buyer.
