I need ebays phone number please
I mailed a package to the buyer, it was returned by the post office due to it not being able to be forwarded. Buyer has now filed a not recieved item case. I need to upload photos of label on package from post office but can not dio this anywhere?? I need to speak to ebay.

Mentor2 years ago@godsgraceisamazing. You should just need to respond in the refund request with tracking that shows the attempted delivery.
I recommend contacting customer service on social media.
Contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.

OP2 years agoThank you so much. I just spoke to ebay and they were able to see pic of the returned item from the post office, I shipped the item and the buyer had incorrect address. Thank you for your help

You can let the buyer know that if they still want the item they can send you the money to ship it again using a electronic payment method such as venmo.
You are allowed to share contact information after a recent sale together.
When you buy the label use Pirateship.com that way there's not two tracking numbers on the sold listing to confuse things.
This is not considered an offsite sale since the transaction was already completed.
