I need advice on 2 different issues.... as a buyer....
1. I bought a drumset the was damaged when I recieved it. After speaking with seller and ebay, I keep getting different information. Seller said he authorized Regenc and return shipping money but I still haven't gotten a shipping label. Ebay said there is no shipping label and they are stepping in to help. That's the last I have heard since yesterday.
2. I bought a snare drum that seller hasn't shipped because be sent me actual pickiest sheet the payment and it was not the same drum. I said wanted a refund which he said he would but has yet to figure out how to do it? He said ebay told him after 3 days of not doing I should automatically receive the money back but that hasn't happened. And again ebay said they'll step in but nothing yet.

It starts with requesting a return for an item that doesn't match the description. Then the seller has to accept the return and send a return label (or offer a partial refund).
After getting the item back, the seller has 2 days to issue the refund.
The buyer can ask eBay to step in, if the seller doesn't cooperate, which is sending a return label or issue the refund. Two crucial moments.
