I need a return shipping label
I have order #16-14159-32967, Item #306649561882, return ID 5311883734 for coins that were sold that were fake. The seller states the items would ship from the United States. The seller has given me a return address

This is hardly a United States return address. I need a return shipping label. I click on view return details and there is not "print label" option available. I have contacted the seller for a label and no reply.
I need someone to intervene but there seems to be no way to get to anyone.

If you opened an Item Not as Described refund request on eBay and the Seller's return address is outside the U.S., that Seller cannot send you a return label. Instead, they need to send you the funds to purchase a return label. That is typically done through PayPal. It's possible the Seller isn't aware they need to do that.
I would message eBay on ONE of their social media platforms for guidance.
