I need a return labor for order

I paid $139.51 for the tascam -us 1641 Audio interface from the seller. the sellers said the lights was working. When I received the item, the item had no power. I checked my outlets, but the tascam would not turn on. I pushed the power switch over and over but it never came on. So im asking for a refund ebay.

Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, defective. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
