I need a return label generated to send to buyer. I thought I had sent it but they said didn’t get.
I have searched everywhere but can’t find how to send another one. Help!

Ask the buyer to open a return request. If there is a problem with the item, let them know that they should select 'doesn't match the description' as the reason. eBay will then ask you to accept the return and will send the buyer a return label and charge you for it.
