I need a refund for a shipping label
I purchased a label for shipping when I got to the post office it wasn’t enough to cover the package now I can’t send the package or get my money back for the label because nobody will talk to me. What do I do?

OP1 month agoIf you could tell me step by step how to cancel the label I’d appreciate it. I don’t know where to start or go. Thanks

As long as the label wasn't scanned, here's what to do...
You can cancel a label within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
